Yoga is an ancient Eastern practice rooted in tradition and healing wisdom. The term “Yoga” means to “yoke”, connecting body, mind, breath and spirit as one, enhancing an overall sense of wellness.
We offer adult group yoga with mediation and Yama Jama Kids yoga that encompasses mindfulness. Theses are small groups allowing for more individualized care and tailored personalized exercises.

Our yoga and/or meditation classes combine evidence based physiotherapy knowledge with Eastern yoga practices to provide you with a holistic experience that empowers you to take an active role in your wellbeing.

Yama Jama Kids Yoga that incorporates mindfulness is on Monday and Thursday at 4:00 pm with Jenna Wilcox. Please see her specialities and bio under the staff directory.
We offer Private Pilates and/or Yoga exercises – tailored to your individual needs and health goals to improve your core, posture, breathing and synergistic activation of muscles. We specialize in Women’s Health conditions such as: prolapses, incontinence, and Pre and Postnatal care.
