Yoga is an ancient Eastern practice rooted in tradition and healing wisdom. The term “Yoga” means to “yoke”, connecting body, mind, breath and spirit as one, enhancing an overall sense of wellness. (this can go under a picture, similar to the pilates page)
We offer small group yoga and mediation classes and private Yoga sessions with a 200+Hr Yoga Instructor and Registered Physiotherapist. Private sessions are especially useful for targeted rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Yoga and meditation can help you achieve your goals, whether they are to improve mobility, strengthen your body, de-stress, lose weight or work on your inner self. Our yoga and/or meditation classes combine evidence based physiotherapy with Eastern yoga practices to provide you with a holistic experience that empowers you to take active role in your wellbeing.

We are currently putting together a Yoga for a Healthy Back workshop. This workshop will cover basic spinal anatomy, alignment, common causes of back pain and specific yoga asanas (poses) that can help alleviate pain while restoring mobility and stability.
